Due to the rising cases of Coronavirus, I, Consuelo Bradley, owner and sole proprietor, would like to make the following statements as it pertains to services provided. The following changes will take place company wide as of 11/01/2020
Over the course of the pandemic, through many losses in event income, staff and inventory I have had the opportunity to take stock in Elite Event Planning and with help from the local Small Business Association, my parents, my friends, past clients and a small group of Event Planners Focus Group dedicated to being the change in the industry, I have taken classes and been given valuable information on how to conduct virtually exposure free events. I have taken training and conducted small events with consenting participants that have produced results of a significant reduction risk in exposure if guest follow my Covid Careful Campaign objectives which are as followed.

* Due to the financial burden the devastation of Coronavirus has caused me since March of 2020, we are no longer to have a photographer, caterer, DJ, or assistant planner on staff. I am continuing this venture alone and confident that I will not have to close. Because of this reduction in staff, we will charge an additional $25 per vender for event facilitation.
* We are no longer booking any events that are scheduled for 2020. As we take stock of our families, livelihoods and future endeavors, we will still be available during normal business hours for any and all questions about everything event related, I will be taking this time to restructure, upgrade and equip Elite Event Planning with the latest technology so we can be lead the event industry in Montgomery Alabama in being Covid Careful in all our future endeavors. We are taking meeting to book any and all events that are planned to take place in 2021.
* We will no longer host an indoor venue. As we look to science for our answers, our research has discovered that outdoor venues minimize the rise of the transmission. We are currently in negotiations with the City of Montgomery to purchase open air venue facilities to help ensure the safety of our guests and their families. In the interim we are offering our guests up to 5 of our top of the line 10 x 30 event tents complete with side walls and installation on your readied private or public space. *Until further notice the following services will be eliminated from our services menu Any and all forms of community food or drinks. In my research of the spread of the coronavirus, it is evident that community activities where people are unable to social distance and completely sanitize frequently touched areas between uses contribute to the spread. This has not been more evident in the use of buffets and drink dispensers. With the inability to properly use sanitation or disinfected sprays around food and drink stations, the use of community food and drinks at events will be eliminated.
*Until further notice we will no longer host events of more than 25 people. I have found that in conversations with fellow event planners that the longer you are in contact with other individuals of another household, increase your chance of exposure as we have not unfortunately gotten to the very crucial point to testing people who may be A symptomatic. As an alternative to large scale events we will be offering complimentary video tapping of our event with up to five copies to sent to friends and relatives that could not attend due to guest capacity restrictions.
As Alabama has amended the Notary and Document Signing agenda to include virtual signings without the direction of an attorney, all notary and document signings will take place virtually. Participants must provide proper ID.
