$1000 Couples have planned the day themselves and want someone there to oversee the arrangements they have prearranged themselves. Contact from planner is made to contracted vendors one month before the event to establish point of contact, become familiar with contract details and create a plan for execution which is then coordinated with contracted vendors and preformed the day of the wedding. Facilitator offers 18 hour coverage on the day. Confirms details of contracts are honored. 2 Hour Wedding Rehearsal included. dAY OF COORDINATION PLUS
$1500 Day of Coordination Service + Complete set up and take down of all wedding related décor that must not include any drapery or light installations. FULL WEDDING PLANNING
$3000 Pre-Wedding Services - Unlimited phone calls and emails. Set up wedding budget and stick to it. Facilitate the contracting of vendors, and all other paid wedding participants from the time contract is signed. Wedding Day Services - Set up and Take Down of Décor. 18-hour facilitation coverage of all wedding related events including vendors, guests, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. Post Wedding Services – Conclude event for guests, confirm final payment of all vendors, execute cleaning schedule, secure and deliver wedding essentials. Follow up with after care vendors to secure delivery of assembled items. i.e. photos, videos, look book, website. PREMIER WEDDING PLANNING
